Extra support following the death of His Majesty King Harald V

Do you need someone to talk to following the death of King Harald? You can meet chaplains in the Room for faith and thought at Frederikke, and you can also book individual conversations.

All students who need a quiet space for grief, reflection, and contemplation are welcome to use the Room for faith and thought and the chapel at Frederikke. These spaces are open throughout the day, and it is possible to light a candle in the chapel. Chaplains from the Chaplaincy at UiO will be present in the Room for faith and thought at Frederikke every day from 12:00 to 13:00, from Monday 31 August to Friday 4 September.

You are also very welcome to take part in our “question tree” by sharing your thoughts on the question: “What has King Harald meant to you?”

If you would like an individual conversation, please feel free to contact one of our chaplains.
